Uses of Green Tea and its origin:  Green Tea’s main origination is from China but  now its production and manufacture has spread to many other countries in Asia. In India main origin is from Nilgiri, Assam and Darjling.
Tea made from green leaves that are not  organised fermented before being dried. Leaves of the tea plant which are treated with steam enzymes that cause the leaves to darken and change taste. Without this step it would become black tea.

Health :- Green tea is very healthy drink and beverage on this earth. It is occupied with antioxidants and nutrients that have powerful effects on the body. It improves brain, fat loss, a lower risk of cancer and also have lots of others health benefits. Green tea is Antioxidants  and it reduce the chances of cancer. Green Tea sharpen our memory and protect our brain in old age.

What Is the Best Time To Drink Green Tea?

There must be something about green tea that the world can’t seem to stop to write or read about it. Every fitness icon recommend this beverage. Green tea is a relatively newer variant of tea that is fast becoming popular, especially in the health and fitness circuit.

Preferable to take green tea in the morning around 10:00 am. Early morning can be a good time to drink green tea because your metabolism is the highest, which can be boosted with a nice hot cup of green tea.

It is good to drink green tea in the evening too because that’s when your metabolism tends to dip. It is recommended to take prior of  2 hours from the meals.

You can drink a cup of green tea between meals, for example, two hours before or after to maximize the nutrient intake and iron absorption.

How much green tea should i drink ?

There is something to write about the Green Tea. It should be 2 times in a day. Both morning and evening are fine to drink green tea. .  But Mornings are the best time to have green tea, for its role in kick-starting the metabolism but you can also have it post-meal, as it is low in calories, and therefore, taking a cup after your meal wouldn’t harm as much. Make sure you don’t drink it right after your meal, observe a gap of at least an hour or two.

How to drink green tea without the side effects

As we knows Green Tea has some health benefits, it can also cause side effects such as nervousness and upset stomach.

Some of the problems are due to the caffeine in the tea. Other problems are due to certain substances in the tea.

Acid reflux problems- Green tea is best when consumed along with meals, especially for people with acid reflux problems.

Iron deficiency- People with iron deficiency, however, should avoid drinking green tea with meals.

For Pregnant Women- Drink 2 cups or less if you are pregnant. Green tea because of its caffeine level can be unsafe for pregnant women and their babies. It can even lead to miscarriage if it is consumed in high doses. Always check with your doctor if you are not sure about consuming caffein beverages while pregnant.

Calcium- If calcium is a concern for you, you should also limit your green tea intake to 2 to 3 cups a day. In addition, you take calcium supplements. Calcium supplements may offset the effects to some extent.

 Stomach- The people at highest risk for this problem are those with stomach problems such as acid reflux. For instance, if you already have heartburn on a regular basis, green tea can worsen the problem. Milk can help soothe stomach acid, so pouring a little in your tea can help with this problem. iron deficiency

Disadvantages of green tea

People who have sleep issues should avoid a cup later in the evening or late night. as the caffeine intake may pose problem with their sleep.

It should be avoid to take more cup of Green tea as it contains caffeine. If you are an anemia sufferer, avoid drinking green tea along with food.

If consumed in excess it can leave you dehydrated and start eliminating essential elements too from your system.
